"SKYFALL" (2012) - First picture

Empire website released the very first image from upcoming 23rd James Bond film. It is called "Skyfall", and Daniel Craig continues playing its legendary main character. This picture was made while filming at the Four Seasons hotel in London. Everyone knows that James Bond films are more for guys, but I doubt that this particular promo can attract the sterner sex with Craig's muscular almost naked body... On the other hand now I'm waiting for it.

"Skyfall" stars a bunch of good actors - Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Judi Dench, Helen McCrory, and is directed by the Academy Award winner Sam Mendes. The film opens this fall.

Favorite movie websites - part 1

I want to tell you about my favorite movie websites, which I check very often. I hope you will find something new for yourself, when you check out these websites.

The one of the greatest movie magazines launches a great site. They post the news very quickly, make interesting quizzes, write related to the biggest movie releases articles, interviews (this week is so many trivia about "The Deathly Hallows 2") and their exclusive videos are really unusual.

This is my favorite movie database, where I always check who directed/stared in what. Also I find there information which movies just opened in theaters and how many positive reviews from critics did they got. You can log in there with your Facebook account and see which movies like your friends.

iTunes team made a very handy pages of upcoming movies, where are not just trailers, clips and other related to the movies promo videos, but also very detailed synopsis, image gallery and you can buy movies/soundtracks online there.

This blog I found just after I created my own and since then it's an inspiration to me, because its a bit hard to keep up with blog, update every time something happens and to make a blog cozy, but the creator of this blog manages to do all of it in time. Especially I love its subject area - I found there so much information about costumed movies.
I discovered this site a couple of weeks ago, but I loved it from the very first click. They publish many interesting interviews with anybody who is related to the filmmaking process and other news very fast.

Soon I'll write the next part (there are more interesting websites than you think).

Logos are taken from its websites.

"The Hobbit" - Dwarves ready for the unexpected journey

And one more "The Hobbit" update - now we know how the dwarves look in Peter Jackson's imagination.

More about "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey"! (news, pictures, Peter Jackson's statements)

Nori (ex-Orc Jed Brophy), Ori (Adam Brown) and Dori (Mark Hadlow) (picture source - Empire magazine)
These three brothers, all sons of the same mother, could not be more different from each other. Dori, the oldest, spends much of his time watching out for Ori, the youngest; making sure hes not caught a chill or got himself killed by Wargs or Goblins. Nobody quite knows what Nori gets up to most of the time, except that its guaranteed to be dodgy and quite probably, illegal. Dori, Nori and Ori are intensely loyal to each other and whilst they are perfectly happy fighting amongst themselves, woe-betide anyone who means harm to one of these brothers. (Yahoo! movies)

Oin (John Callen) and Gloin (Peter Hambleton) (picture source - Yahoo! movies)
Distant cousins of Thorin Oakenshield, these two doughty Northern Dwarves join the Company out of a sense of loyalty to their kin, and also because they have a substantial sum of money invested in the venture. Along with Bombur, Gloin is the only other married Dwarf in the Company (there being a shortage of female dwarves in general). His wife is an acclaimed beauty with a particularly fine beard. Gloin is the proud father of a young son, Gimli, who will go on to become part of the famous Fellowship of the Ring. (Yahoo! movies)

"The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" (2012) - Gandalf on the Empire cover

I love Empire magazine and you are going to find 'why'... They are the first ones, who dedicated the issue to the upcoming Peter Jackson's movie, "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey". Gandalf the Grey (played by talented Ian McKellen) is smoking his pipe and smiling to us from its cover. And inside there are a couple of articles about how it's being made with interviews and pictures.

I can't wait for this movie, it's going to be as great as a trilogy.
