"Django Unchained" (2012) - Two Trailers

I must confess that I'm a huge Quentin Tarantino's fan, but I watched the first trailer for his new spaghetti western "Django Unchained" just a few days ago. If you are interested why, I say I needed to prepare myself for it. I wasn't afraid of it might disappoint me, because Tarantino hasn't made any film yet, which I don't like. I just wanted to prolong this waiting of the first trailer. And while I waited, they released another one! So here we go.

You know that with such great cast "Django Unchained" has no other option as to be something like a new masterpiece. My two all-time favourite actors Christoph Waltz and Leonardo DiCaprio were perfect for those parts.

So far the scene, where Dr. King Schultz meets Django, is one of my favourites! And I can't wait to see more of Samuel L. Jackson, because those few seconds weren't enough!

I heard that Will Smith had a chance to play the main character, but he turned down this part, because of "Men in Black 3". Shame, this film could have been more epic with him. But Jamie Foxx is a good choice for this part instead.

"The Avengers" (2012) - Memorable Quotes

There were a few strange dialogs, but honestly I really liked many quotes from "The Avengers", and I want to share them with you, my readers.

I'll update this post soon, when I'll find more great quotes from this superhero film. Enjoy!

And don't forget to vote POLL: Which Avenger would you like to be?
More about "The Avengers" (2012)!

Agent Phil Coulson: Agent Fury, I think it's time.

Nick Fury: You think you're the only superhero in the world? Mr. Stark, you've become part of a bigger universe. You just don't know it yet.

Tony Stark: But let's do a head count here. Your brother, the demigod. A super soldier, living legend who kinda lives up to the legend. A man with breathtaking anger management issues. A couple of master assassins and you've managed to piss off every single one of them.

Tony Stark: And I'm a huge fan of the way you lose control and turn into an enormous green rage monster.
Bruce Banner: Thanks.

Tony Stark: No offense, but I don't play well with others.
Steve Rogers: Big man, in a suit of armour… take that away, what are you?
Tony Stark: Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.

Bruce Banner: We're not a team. We're a time bomb.

Pepper Potts: Hey, Phil!
Tony Stark: Phil? I thought his first name was Agent.

Loki: I have an army.
Tony Stark: We have a Hulk.

Tony Stark: I thought I didn't qualify. I was considered, what was it… "volatile, self-centered, and I don't play well with others."

Thor: He's my brother.
Natasha Romanoff: He killed 80 people in 2 days.
Thor: He's adopted.

Captain America: There is only one God, and I don't think he dresses like that.

Agent Phil Coulson (to Steve Rogers): I watched you while you slept.

Tony Stark: If we can’t protect the Earth, you can be damn sure we'll avenge it!

"Django Unchained" (2012) - Teaser poster and some thoughts

This film is on my top waiting list since the first time I've heard about 'new Tarantino's project'. Quentin Tarantino got style, and this teaser poster for his spaghetti western "Django Unchained" proves it again. But there is a huge 'but' about it. This 'totally new' promo material from The Weinstein Company looks like an old poster, made by a fan and released many months ago. I just hope that his work was appreciated, not copied or stolen. Or maybe it is still a fan-art, but promoted by The Weinstein Company. I'm confused and now I'm waiting to see something really different, when another poster will be released.

"Django Unchained" is about the times of slavery, which is very good at broking human lives. If you have seen "Inglourious Basterds", you know that the story won't be about historical truth.

The plot says: 'With the help of his mentor, a slave-turned-bounty hunter sets out to rescue his wife from a brutal Mississippi plantation owner.'

You must have heard that Joseph Gordon-Levitt supposed to play a part there, but we won't see him in this film. However, we still have a great crew: Christoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Don Johnson. Oh, they will make it a masterpiece. By the way, Christoph Waltz is now playing a good character, so don't expect to see Hans Landa.

Next Christmas is going to be very bloody.

"The Avengers" (2012) - Trailer #2

"Director Fury, I think it's time."

Oh, I think so too. Time for a new trailer for "The Avengers", of course.

Finally, there is plenty of new footage: how Nick Fury gathers the team, Black Widow has very close relationship with Hawkeye, we see other S.H.I.E.L.D. members, who are played by Cobie Smulders and Clark Gregg, for the first time.

And I can't wait so see how all Avengers will train for meet Loki's army.

"The Avengers" (2012) - Extended Super Bowl Spot

American football fans are always exited about the annual Super Bowl, but movie fans are not less intrigued. Of course, the latter ones aren't guessing who the winner will be, but what new footage from upcoming films will be shown in the Super Bowl commercials.

"The Avengers" is going to be one of the future blockbusters, and of course it got another promo. Again there are many explosions, terror, huge lightning strike and one unforgettable team of modern superheroes.

"Mr.Stark..."
"Captain?"

The more I see videos from "The Avengers", the more I think that Iron Man (aka Tony Stark) and Captain America will have a hilarious relationship. If I'm right, we'll discover on May 4.

Directed and written by Joss Whedon.
Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner.

"The Avengers" (2012) - New trailer

Finally, we know how the legendary group of comic books heroes will look on the big screen. I think that it is a bit hilarious that 6 powerful superheroes will fight one villain, who already appeared in "Thor" and is called Loki. As I expected this first trailer has showed us nothing new, except for a few seconds of green and angry Hulk. The rest of it hasn't changed at all. Thor is still throwing his hammer, Captain America hasn't understand that he isn't the main character, Black Widow looks beautiful, Hawkeye isn't impressive or talkative, Tony Stark is being charmingly selfish, Hulk looks scared and poor Nick Fury tries to make a good team.

My favorite line from this trailer is said by Tony Stark, who introduced himself to Captain America: "Genius. Billionaire. Playboy. Philanthropist." And his joke about Hulk was funny too.

Also I liked the music. It's a song "We're In This Together" by Nine Inch Nails.

Directed and written by Joss Whedon.
Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner.

Release date - May 4, 2012 (UK, USA)
