"When Harry Left Hogwarts" - Teaser

British filmmaker Morgan Matthews was lucky to be present on the set of both "Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows" parts. His interesting documentary will be a bonus on DVD and Blu-Ray.

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Helena Bonham Carter, Emma Thompson, Jason Isaacs, Robbie Coltrane, Gary Oldman, Warwick Davis, many other actors and studio staff members were interviewed for this documentary. It also shows how many impressive scenes were filmed, for example, there was a real fire on the Quidditch field.

DVD and Blu-ray release dates - November 10 (Russia), December 2 (UK). To see the dates for other countries visit Muggle net.

To discover other bonus features click here.

As for me, I'll get the whole 8 films set, which will be available from the same time.

Dear Emma Watson

When I saw new pictures of Emma Watson for ELLE (UK) magazine and read some fragments of her newest interview, I had no doubts to whom I should write my next open letter.

Read my other open letters here.
More pictures from this photoshoot you can find on I know something you don't know.

Dear Emma Watson,

You are truly inspiration for me, not just because of your acting talent, but also of all things you are doing and saying. I'm sure you've heard plenty times about how great you played in every movie about the boy who lived, but I want to remind you - you really did an incredible job creating your character. I hope you don't regret about your 'lost childhood', because there are so many people out there (I'm one of them) who are very thankful for you being a part of the magical world. It had to be very hard to say goodbye to that story, but it is a perfect time for everyone to move on, rest a bit and make something different.

With acting for a half of your life, I am glad you didn't get bored of it and there are a couple of new movies with you, which I would like to watch. People will be comparing every your new role to the brightest witch of our age for a long time, so be patient. Maybe after ten new movies they will stop doing it, but I doubt.

There are some rumors that Hollywood promises many things and actors sell their talent for money and start making meaningless products, so please, don't leave British cinematography. It needs you.

I'm glad you aren't trying to be like other young actresses, who are loosing themselves once they've become famous. I can't even imagine how hard it is to live under flashes of photocameras. Paparazzi are shameless and nobody can avoid them, but you manage to look with dignity. It isn't easy, but it is important. You are a good role model for many young girls, so everything you do matters.

I wish you to remain as friendly, funny and open-minded as you are now, never to stop acting and improving your skills. But also don't forget to live and enjoy life, because you know it is very short.

I hope someday I'll get a chance to meet you. Good luck with everything!

Sincerely, modern girl

P.S. Never do drugs. I mean it :)

Helena Bonham Carter interview (2010)

Searching the web always helps me to find something interesting. This morning I discovered one great casual style interview with amazing actress Helena Bonham Carter. She looks extremely serious, but says some funny stuff, which makes me laugh. She talks about "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" and shopping. It's an old interview, maybe made in February 2010, but now it's my favorite one with Helena.

More about Helena Bonham Carter.

"I killed Sirius Black ages ago. I kill Dobby in this one. I torture Hermione..." [she says it with such common expression...]

"They're so nice human beings. Bright and got such a great manners. I love them. I miss them." [about young actors]

"Conan the Barbarian" (2011) - Interviews with cast

Here are some interviews with actors, who played the main parts in "Conan the Barbarian". Rose McGowan, Jason Momoa, Ron Perlman and young Leo Howard talk about their characters, filming process and awkward moments.

More about "Conan the Barbarian" (2011)! (trailers, synopsis, interviews, posters etc.)

Interview with Rose McGowan (Marique)

My favorite quote: "What I really like about him [Conan]. He's not flying round, he doesn't have a cape... He's got a sword and he's a man."

Interview with Jason Momoa (Conan)

My favorite quote: "I just saw my butt on TV, on the big screen in 3D. It was crazy."

Interview with Ron Perlman (Conan's father) and Leo Howard (young Conan)

My favorite quote by Leo: "Every kid dreams of, you know, in the back yard playing with swords and everything. And I was actually put into the battle, where I knew I was gonna win."

Andy Serkis in "Rise of the Planet of the Apes"

After watching "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" I became sure that my favorite character in the movie, who made me smile and almost cry, is again made by computer. But not wholly. A very talented actor, who had played such unrealistic characters before, showed us again that it's possible to create on the screen an ape with real feelings and very smart eyes. Andy Serkis again was wearing this strange costume with many sensors and was learning how to act like an animal. His previous experience from the filming "The Lord of The Rings" trilogy, where he portrayed Gollum, really helped him this time. Now he's working with Peter Jackson on the two upcoming "Hobbit" movies, playing Gollum again.

I've found two videos - the first one with scenes from the set and some comments from Andy and another one with an interview, where he talks about how he was creating Caesar's personality.

Angelina Jolie's Journey to Cambodia

"A journey can be a great adventure."

I heard that Angelina Jolie became a new face of the Louis Vuitton’s campaign, but I never thought they would make it not just about fashion. Angelina traveled to Cambodia, where she with a group of talented people made a photo shoot and an inspiring video, which presents this country. Actress tells us about her first travel to Cambodia ten years ago, when she was staring in a film, and that she was shocked to hear she can't stand on another side of the waterfall, because it still hasn't been demined. She says that her dream has always been to cross the Sahara. Also Angelina shared a story about how she made a decision to adopt her first child Maddox. This video is incredibly relaxing with all beautiful views of nature and with sounds of birds, but it still can make you think about life, its meaning and how strong people have to be to survive the war and poverty.

Emma Watson on "Late Show with David Letterman" - July 2011

I love David Letterman's show. And as a part of the promotional tour of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" talented Emma Watson has been a guest on the last show.

She told how she likes to visit the USA, because American audience is much warmer and tells her 'That [film] was amazing! That was amazing!' unlike the British say 'That was very good' After a break she's going to study English in Oxford. Emma confessed that she doesn't drink in general, but she had an experience with whiskey and was drunk once... David Letterman was charming as always and in the very end he showed us the brand new trailer of the upcoming movie. If you have a sense of humor you should watch it.
